ما در سال جدید قصد داریم خوانندگان عزیز مجله را با روش‌های قرن بیست و یکم در زمینه اشتغال آشنا کنیم. این برنامه برای هر ایرانی در هر سنی، با هر سوادی، در هر جایی، با هر امکانی، قابل دسترس نیست. متأسفانه دانشگاه‌های ما به دلیل کهنه بودن‌ آموزه‌های‌شان، مطالبی از زمینه¬ کاربردی دانش نداشته‌اند و فقط تئوری به بچه¬ها آموخته شده است. امروز من به عنوان یک کارآفرین که دغدغه اشتغال جوان‌های کشور را دارم می‌خواهم با شما گفت‌وگو کنم و بگویم که چرا به این سرنوشت دچار شدیم. اگر به اختصار بخواهم توضیح بدهم، باید به این موارد اشاره کنم:

۱٫ درآمد نفتی.      ۲٫  نقش کم‌رنگ دانشگاه¬ها.    ۳٫ آشنا نبودن جوانان کشور با مدیران اجرایی.

برای این‌که به دنیای جدید راه پیدا کنیم باید بیاموزیم که چه روش‌هایی در دنیا اجرا شده و از این تجارب موفق الهام بگیریم و هم‌وطن‌های عزیزمان را با شیوه‌های جدید کار و تجارت و درآمد و اشتغال آشنا کنیم.

در این سلسله نوشتارها قرار بر این شد که بر بستر کشاورزی، صنعت، بازرگانی، فرهنگ، خدمات و… ایده‌هایی را با شما عزیزان در میان بگذاریم. لازمه پیشرفت هر جامعه‌ای، حتما خلاقیت و کارآفرینی است و امروز این نیاز معمولی نیست بلکه شرط بقای یک کشور است و اگر تا دیر نشده این¬ها را یاد نگیریم، باید با فقر و تنگنای مالی زندگی کنیم.

اگر ما از امروز بیاموزیم که چه نیازی از بشر هنوز بی‌پاسخ مانده، یک مخترع خواهیم شد. کشف نیازهای بی‌پاسخ ما را به یک مخترع و کارآفرین تبدیل می¬کند. اگر بخواهیم به این چالش‌ها بپردازیم در وهله اول می‌بینیم با امکاناتی که در سرزمین ماست و دارایی‌های عینی ما محسوب می‌شوند آشنا نیستیم. ما هنوز نمی‌دانیم که چگونه انتهای همه رشته‌هایی که درس خوانده‌ایم به بازار و اقتصاد ختم می‌شود و این بخش از زنجیره مغفول مانده ¬است. ما درسی را خوانده‌ایم اما نمی‌دانیم چگونه از این رشته می‌توان پول ساخت. چگونه می‌توان اقتصاد را رشد داد. ما در این سلسله مقالات می‌خواهیم آن حلقه مفقوده را پیدا کنیم و از تجربیات و دانشی که کسب کرده‌ایم استفاده کنیم و بخش اقتصادی آن را هم بیاموزیم.

ما باید کارهایی را که تا امروز پول‌محور بوده است به دانش‌محور تبدیل کنیم؛ چون جوانان ما پول ندارند و ما باید به جای پول و سرمایه دانش را جایگزین کنیم تا هر کس در هر سطح از سرمایه وارد مرحله کارآفرینی شود. به طور مثال، گیاه استدیا چهارصد برابر از شکر شیرین‌تر است و شما اگر این گیاه را در منزل داشته باشید کیلویی پنجاه هزار تومان قیمت برگ آن است؛ ولی هنوز هم‌وطنان من با خون دل و رنج، گندم می¬کارند و کیلویی سیصد تومان می‌فروشند.

از یازده اقلیمی که در جهان وجود دارد کشور ایران صاحب نه اقلیم است؛ امّا چرا ما میوه‌های جدید را روی سفره‌های‌مان نمی¬بینیم؟ چرا این همه فرصت‌هایی که در زمینه لوازم آرایشی از طبیعت می‌توان به دست آورد، در فرهنگ ایرانی وجود ندارد؟ ما پانزده کشور همسایه داریم که ۲میلیارد از ۶کشور جهان در آن ساکن هستند و همه¬ آن¬ها نیازمند همه چیز هستند.
